Instructions
For easy cleanup line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Sprinkle the fillet with a little salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, dijon mustard, oil soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger. Spoon it all over the top of each fillet.
Place the seasoned fillets in the basket of air fryer so they are not touchng. Set at 400 °F degrees for 6-11 minutes. Time depends on the thickness of the fillet. (approximately 8 minutes for fillet 1" thick). Check it a couple times towards the end of cooking to make sure it does not overcook.
It is done when it reaches 145 °F
