Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, add the pumpkin, peanut butter, and flour. Mix with an electric mixer until it looks crumbly. Using your hands, form the crumb mixture into a ball.
Roll out the dough onto a floured surface. Use a cookie cutter to cut into shapes.
Place the biscuits 1/2 inch apart on a ungreased cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12 minutes.Let cool. Store in a zip-lock bag in the freezer. Take out what you will need for the week and keep them in the refrigerator, they stay fresher this way.
