  • crock pot or slow cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin, about 3 tenderloins
  • 8 ounces barbecue sauce Use your favorite, i.e. Sweet Baby Ray's
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pat the tenderloins dry with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper. Place into the crock pot.
  • Mix together the garlic, onion, bbq sauce and hot sauce, pour over the tenderloins. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours
  • Remove the tenderloins from the crock pot and shred the pork. Mix in enough of the sauce to coat the shredded pork. Serve as a main dish or as a sandwich.
