1smallonion, minced
2-3clovesgarlic, minced
2dasheshot sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Pat the tenderloins dry with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper. Place into the crock pot.
Mix together the garlic, onion, bbq sauce and hot sauce, pour over the tenderloins. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours
Remove the tenderloins from the crock pot and shred the pork. Mix in enough of the sauce to coat the shredded pork. Serve as a main dish or as a sandwich.
