Instructions
Rinse the cranberries and discard any that are overripe. Wash outside of orange and quarter. Remove as much of the excess white from the orange rind as you can.
Combine cranberries, the quartered orange and rind in a food processor and pulse 5 times or until chopped. In a bowl, combine the cranberry mixture, sugar, walnuts and orange liqueur. Let stand/rest at least 30 minutes before serving.
Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
