Instructions
Pat the salmon dry with paper towel. Let the salmon sit for 30 minutes so that it comes to room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a small bowl mix together all of the ingredients for the sauce.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the slices of lemon onto the baking sheet. Place the salmon skin-side-down on top of the lemon slices.
Pour the sauce, evenly over the salmon.
Bake for 8-14 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140-145 degrees F.
