Cranberry Orange Relish is both sweet and tart, making it the perfect side dish for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It can be prepared several days ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
I’ve made various recipes using cranberries over the years and this relish is my absolute favorite. It uses all raw ingredients, no cooking required.
Here is a great article on cranberries and how to clean/store them from Utah State University.
