The Best Air Fried Haddock – Healthy and Easy
Equipment
- air fryer
Ingredients
- 4 pieces haddock fish
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- pepper to taste
- tartar sauce, lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the panko, salt, and pepper together in a flat dish for dredging.
- In another flat dish, add the flour
- in a third dish mix together the egg and mayonnaise.
- Dredge each fish fillet in the flour, then into the egg/mayo mixture, and then into the panko/breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated fish onto a lightly greased air fryer basket.
- Generously spray the fish with olive oil sray.
- Place the basket into the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees F. for 8-12 minutes. The fish is done once it is flakey and reaches 140 degrees.
- Remove and serve with tarter sauce and/or lemon wedges.Enjoy!
This was very easy to make. Air frying is always a healthy way to cook. Our family likes fish, this is going into our weekly rotation.
