Garlic and Oil Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti or angel hair
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4-1/2 cup reserved pasta water
Instructions
- Add oil, butter and garlic to a small saucepan, over medium low heat cook until the garlic is fragrant, not browned. Add in a little of the reserved pasta water and seasonings.
- Remove from heat and pour over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve with salad or Italian bread.
Very simple to make, I used jarred garlic because that’s what I had on hand. I couldn’t believe how quick dinner was on the table. Served it with a side salad and Italian bread. Tasty!!!
