Air Fryer Salmon
Equipment
- Air Fryer Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon basil dried
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley dried
- 1/4 teaspoon olive oil or vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rub 1/4 teaspoon of olive or vegetable oil over the salmon. Salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients together and rub onto the salmon.
Air Fryer Method
- Place seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket. Turn on air fryer to 400 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes or until the iInternal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.(Cook time may vary depending on the thickness of the salmon filet).
Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place seasoned salmon in baking pan with a rack . Bake for about 6 minutes, then turn salmon over and bake for another 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.(Cook time may vary depending on the thickness of the salmon filet).
